How To Integrate OpsGenie

Prerequisites 



In order to create new integration with your organization’s OpsGenie account, please consider the following guidelines.


Step 1:

Log into CloudDefense.AI Portal




Step 2:


After logging in, open the Left Navigation Bar, go to Admin, and select Integrations.



Step 3:

Once you get into Integrations, you will find OpsGenie there.


Now, here are the steps to integrate OpsGenie with CloudDefense.AI:


  • Click on the + Connect Integration located at the bottom right corner.



  • After clicking on Add New Integration, you need to complete a Two-step process to integrate OpsGenie.

  1. Project Info: Provide an Integration name, a Domain Name, and a. API Key.



  2. Alerts Configurations: Choose the account you want to integrate with ServiceNow: GCP, AWS, or Azure. You can select all accounts if you want to integrate ServiceNow with all of them. Then, select the severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. (You can select all severity options if you want.)



Note: Whatever severity you will select those severity issue ticket will be automatically created on platform


  • Once you are done with adding all the relevant information, click on the INTEGRATE button.


Your OpsGenie account is now successfully integrated with CloudDefense.AI. 


How to get the API Token


Step 1:


Go to your OpsGenie account, then navigate to Settings. Scroll down to API Key Management in the left navigation bar. Click on Add New API Key.



Step 2:

After clicking on 
Add New API Key, you will see the API key. Now Copy that API key.
