Prerequisites
For integrating Jira project to CloudDefense platform, you will need to generate API Token.

In order to create new integration with your organization’s Jira account, please consider the following guidelines.
Step 1:
Log into CloudDefense.AI Portal
Step 2:
After logging in, open the Left Navigation Bar, go to Admin, and select Integrations.
Step 3:
Once you get into Integrations, you will find Jira there.
Now, here are the steps to integrate Jira with CloudDefense.AI:
Click on the 3 dots located at the top right corner and select Add New Integration.
After clicking on Add New Integration, you need to complete a three-step process to integrate Jira.
Project Info: Provide an integration name (e.g., Testing), a product key, and a domain/organization name.
Note: Checkmark the “My Jira is Hosted on Server” box before clicking on next.Alerts Configurations: Choose the account you want to integrate with Jira: GCP, AWS, or Azure. You can select all accounts if you want to integrate Jira with all of them.
Then, select the severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. (You can select all severity options if you want.) Whatever severity you will select those severity issue ticket will be automatically created on platform.
Credentials: Provide the email you used to create the Jira account and the Jira authorization key.
Once you are done with these three steps, click the INTEGRATE button.
Your Microsoft Sentinel account is now successfully integrated with CloudDefense.AI.
