How to Integrate ServiceNow with CloudDefense.AI ACS?

Prerequisites

• For integrating ServiceNow project to CloudDefense platform, you will need ServiceNow Instance User Credentials. 
  

In order to create new integration with your organization’s ServiceNow account, please consider the following guidelines.

Step 1:

Log into CloudDefense.AI Portal

Step 2:

After logging in, open the Left Navigation Bar, go to Admin, and select Integrations.

Step 1:

Once you get into Integrations, you will find ServiceNow there.

Now, here are the steps to integrate ServiceNow with CloudDefense.AI:

• Click on the Setting located at the top right corner and then select Add New Integration/Connect Integration.
  
  
  

• After clicking on Add New Integration, you need to complete a three-step process to integrate ServiceNow.
  
  

1. Project Info: Provide an Integration name (e.g., Testing), a project key, and an Instance name.
   
   
   
   

2. Alerts Configurations: Choose the account you want to integrate with ServiceNow: GCP, AWS, or Azure. You can select all accounts if you want to integrate ServiceNow with all of them.
   
   

Then, select the severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. (You can select all severity options if you want.) Whatever severity you will select those severity issue ticket will be automatically created on platform

3. Credentials: Provide the email you used to create the ServiceNow account and the ServiceNow authorization key.
   
   
   

• Once you are done with these three steps, click the INTEGRATE button.

Your ServiceNow account is now successfully integrated with CloudDefense.AI. 

How to Get Username and Password

Step 1: 

Go to your ServiceNow account and click on Request Instance.

Step 2: 

After creating the instance, go to Manage Instance Password.

There, you will find all the important credentials needed to integrate ServiceNow with CloudDefense.AI.
